The large multi-functional hall is perfect for
medium to large special events. The vaulted ceiling, abundance of natural light
and flexible space make this room extremely popular.

reserving the AGR Hall, please contact a Facility Manager to discuss your set-up
needs. To accommodate your set-up, we have 200 indoor chairs, 19 60-inch round
tables, 20 1.5'x 6' tables and 10 1.5'x 8' tables.
Tower Lobby

The extremely high ceilings, elegant
architectural design, and open feel of the Tower Lobby make it an ideal choice
for receptions or for event registration purposes. It can be reserved in
conjunction with other space or on its own. Please keep in mind that while the
lobby can be reserved at any time, it is open to the public Monday-Friday
8am-5pm.

We can add tables for food and beverage service if you like, and the Information Services desk, with its beautiful marble counter-top, can be used as well (only for events outside of normal business hours). Contact a Facility Manager to discuss your needs.
Moss Patio

The mature landscaping surrounding the Moss Patio
area lends privacy to the beautiful space. The grass and cement grounds
accommodate a large variety of events including receptions, dinners and wedding
ceremonies. The patio is adjacent to the AGR Hall and the Tower Lobby, allowing
guests to move freely between the three spaces and expanding possibilities for
events.

The Alumni Center has a total of 19 60' round tables to be used in AGR or the patio. The rectangular tables may be used outside as well (20 1.5'x 6' tables and 10 1.5'x 8' tables). We also have 150 outdoor chairs for your use. If you require additional furniture or a tent or canopy, you must make separate arrangements.
Founders Board Room

This spacious and impressive room is
perfect for executive or board meetings. The large, elegant table is equipped
with a sound system so that all attendees can hear one another. Comfortable,
adjustable leather conference chairs are a nice touch as well.

Allewelt Conference Room
The Allewelt Conference Room is perfect for your
smaller meeting or break-out session. The quiet, professional atmosphere fosters
productivity!

West Conference Room
Similar to the Allewelt room, the West Conference
Room accommodates 12-26 for a meeting or even a small luncheon. Its location
next to the kitchen and the AGR room also makes it a convenient break-out room,
catering overflow space or staging area for event preparation.

Kitchen

The kitchen provides ample counter and cupboard space
as well as an oven for warming food and a refrigerator. Please remember, we do
not allow self-catering or "pot-luck" events.
Lester Library
334 sf
The unique, oval shaped room complements your
reservation of any space, especially the AGR Hall. Use the room to serve food
buffet-style, to display materials, or for extra storage.
Reservations
All reservations for the Alumni &
Visitors Center are handled through Campus Events and Visitors Services (CEVS).
CEVS will check availability, reserve the space (upon approval from the Facility
Manager), provide cost estimates, and even help coordinate your event, if you
like. For university related events, call 752-2813

Set-up
The Alumni & Visitors Center staff is responsible for the
furniture set-up for each event in the Center.
After you have reserved the space for your event, contact the Facility Manager to discuss your set-up needs. We would be happy to arrange a pre-event meeting and facility walk-through if you like.
